AI Validator - Add new media

The AI Validator now includes a feature to add new documents or plans through the AI Validator web interface. In the application details, under the 'Documents' section, you will find an 'Add Documents' icon that opens a modal for uploading documents.

Once the new media is added you can click on the 'Reprocess' button to run the validator's checks against the new attachments. 

To ensure the new media is then sent through to your back office system, along with the rest of the application information, please check the 'send to back office' configuration is enabled. This setting holds the application in the AI Validator until the officer clicks the 'send to back office' button:

You can turn the 'Send to back office' functionality on in the Configurator Portal via Configure Service >> Planning >> Validator >> General >> 'AI Validator Simple Configuration', by ensuring the tick box outlined in red is ticked:
