Release 2.0.6
As a result of Consultation with a number of our Concessionary Travel Customers, it was requested that more information is available on the Work Items screen.
To this end, an updated Work Items screen is now available.
Along with the new fields, there is also now greater search facilities using the new data as search fields.
1. The following fields have been added to the Work Items Screen:
a. Case Type (Replace, Renew, New, Cancel)
b. Terminal (Yes/No)
c. Citizen/Organisation (To cater for the future release of Organisations)
d. Age
2. Case Type makes it easier to identify the type of Application that has been entered on the DfT on-line Blue Badge Application system. This is specifically important if Authorities prioritise the type of Application for early progression.
3. Terminal makes it easier to identify those Applications where the applicant has a Terminal illness. Again this is specifically important if Authorities prioritise this type of Application for early progression.
4. Citizen/Organisation is for future development use - specifically for Blue Badge - Organisations do not apply to Freedom Pass or Taxi Cards . Blue Badge Organisations can now apply for badges on-line through the DfT. As a result, the ieg4 CMS system will be updated in the near future to capture Organisation applications.
5. Age has been included to ostensibly identify those Applications where early progression can be made if an Authority prioritises those applicants over a certain age.
New Search Facilities
Additional Search Facilities have been added that help with identifying those Applications that the Authority wishes to progress first or quickly.
The following fields are:
- Case Type
- Terminal?
- Age
If ‘Case Type’ is selected the drop down allows searching by
- New
- Renew
- Replace
If ‘Terminal?’ is selected the drop down allows searching by:
- Yes
- No
If Age is selected the drop down allows searching by the following Ranges:
- 0 – 17
- 18 – 59
- 60 – 69
- 70 – 79
- 80+
Any combination of searches can be made.
