2.16.3 Schema Changes
In line with DWP requirements the HB Change in Circumstances form (eChanges) Schema has been amended to add in information related to the timezone the changes were submitted from and the date/time of the submission. In this version of the IEG4 eChanges form the submission timezone and date/time can be included or excluded in the XML output - this is controlled by a setting
UseSubmissionTimeData
which can be TRUE (include) or FALSE (exclude). Customers should request a change to the setting via a support call.
