      Report a Missed Bin Collection

      IEG4's online missed reporting service provides a highly compelling, powerful user experience powered by intelligent integration to the waste management system. The missed bin form is highly integrated to the waste and in cab technologies so that the service can be delivered as a single page form:
       
       
      Key Functionality
      The following functionality is provided by the form:
      •  Address look up
      • Retrieval of the current collection schedule and which bins are due for collection
         
      •  Highlights no collection is due if the citizen is attempting to report a missed bin where none was due
      •  Checks for the presence of a missed bin job already created to prevent duplication
      •  Checks whether the property shares a communal bin to enable more intelligent job creation / prevention of duplicates
      •  Checks whether the street has been marked as inaccessible and,
         
      •  for each reason available in the back-office, displays a user-friendly message specific to that reason
      •  Checks for events logged against the bins/containers themselves and,
         
      •  for each and every event/issue logged against a bin, it will display a user-friendly message specific to that reason
      •  Checks whether the property is marked for assisted collection
      •  Creates the job based upon the bins missed/whether the assisted collection marker is set
