OneVu - 2.16 Release Notes

 

The following features have been provided as part of this OneVu release where an organisation is licensed to use the functionality.

1. Changes for Customer Engagement Centre (new CSVu):

• Additional controls to support the new CEC product (de-coupled version of CSVu)
  
  

2.     My Area Directories (licenced separately)

• Changes to the Your Area tab in OneVu My Area

2. Miscellaneous

• Support adding external users to OneVu Manage
• Show in Notifications details of any accounts that have been disabled
• Where there are more than 20 accounts registered in a Silo add Load More button
• Capita Business Rates silo add PL and LB as a valid value for ExemptPeriodsStructureExemptCode
• Capita Landlord letters can be displayed based on month and year
