2.12.1 eClaim - Changes to Gender , Title, Payments and Capital and Email Placeholders

 

A) eClaim Form

Gender

Changes have been made to the Gender Picklist on the who are you page on HBNewClaim.

Gender:

We have added Other

 

Title

We have added Mx

 

Payments 

We have also included the ability to record Grenfell Tower Payments, Windrush payments and Child Abuse payments as Income Items:

Adult Disability Payments (Scottish Authorities Only) 

 

Child Disability Payments (Scottish Authorities Only) 

 

B) Post Submission Email Placeholders 

Additions have been made to the Placeholders available for emails, initially in HBNewClaim and HBAA.  This is also being rolled out to other product forms and also within E-Designer.

Below is a complete list of the placeholders now supported for post submission emails in the new version of the framework .
