How can I check if someone has an account?
Within OneVu Control > Account Management, it is possible to view all current account holders. This is a useful function if for example the customer forgot which email they signed up with or thought they had completed the email validation process but had not...
You see which account holders have:
- Successfully validated their account (Connected to OneVu)
- Registered but not yet validated their account (Validation In-progress)
- Set up an account using an incorrect email address or failed to validate their account within 24hours (Validation Failed)
By default the parameter shows those accounts connected to OneVu:
And search for account holders using either surname or email address.
It is also possible for account holders that are connected to OneVu to:
- See how the user created their account
- Disable the account from being accessible
When an account is found within Account Management click on the downward facing arrow on the far right:
