Enhancements
This release contains some functionality to aid efficiency and optimisation of process.
1)�Workflow Shortcut
Change Control - 1051
When creating a case manually, the case type default value can now be defined by the customer, New, Renewal, Replacement, Cancellation. Please contact the helpdesk if you wish to change this.
2) Refunds of payments automatically added to the timeline
Change Control - 1057
A timeline entry is automatically inserted when a payment is refunded.
3) Date of birth now in the expiring badge export file
Change Control - 1058
Date of birth column added inside the 'Expiring badges export csv', alongside 'Age' column.
4) Expiry date on Application view where previous badge number known
Change Control - 1067
If an applicant includes their existing badge number on their application, then the badge expiry date is now shown inside the 'Application' view. We have also renamed the Previous Badges header, to Current badge. This can be seen below:
5) Timeline updated upon abandonment of a workflow
Change Control - 1070
A timeline entry is automatically added when a workflow is abandoned including the reason.
