We have released a new data item within Reportal, introducing Workflow Type & Workflow State Type.  This update enables reporting data to classify a workflow Type in order to understand the context of a workflow and associated states.

Filtered by Appeal Workflow created date.
Can further filter by Source, Application type, Eligibility

Applications with Appeals by Eligibility (PIE)

Displaying total appeals made by application eligibility

Application Appeals by Eligibility

Sum of all appeals by eligibility by date displayed in each month within date range

Application Appeals by Status

Shows all appeals from Case Application broken down by appeal status within the appeals workflow by date displayed in each month within date range.

Appeal states may contain any of the following (depending on workflow config):

• Appeal Refused
• Appeal Resolved
• Second Appeal
• Second Appeal Refused
  

Applications with Missing items by month (Bar)

Total Missing items by date displayed in each month within date range

No of application appeals by application and appeal date (Table)

Displays a list of applications showing application date with applied appeal date.
