Civica Landlords

This release

This release provides the functionality to enable a landlord to:

• Authenticate themselves in real-time with a council using the Civica OpenRevenues back office
• See a summary of their payments and the details (i.e. contact/address info)
• See the details of their most recent payment
• See all payments sent to them and the underlying breakdown of the payments
• Download a payment schedule for any payment they've been sent.

We will now go into detail on each of these new functions.

1) Authentication mechanism

All users wishing to see sensitive data, i.e. council tax, benefits, landlords need to go through a one-off authentication process. The questions a landlord needs to answer in order to access their landlord account are shown below:

Once authenticated, the landlord will see some high-level information as well as details of their most recent payment:

It is possible to be able to view all payment issued to a landlord and to view the detail within each - effectively a schedule of the payments comprised of a payment:

4) Download Payment CSV

There is also the ability to download a copy of this in CSV format.

This will be particularly relevant where there are many payments within a given payment as it means a HA etc. can import it into their own financial system.
