TLS is a cryptographic protocol to ensure secure communications and this about deprecating support for older versions.
Yes, IEG4's hosting platform Microsoft Azure has the ability to disable older versions than 1.2.
This obviously has the consequence that when the application(s) are accessed in browsers (old ones) that do not leverage this, they will simply not work.
