1.6.0 Release

Enhancements

This release contains some great functionality to aid efficiency and optimisation of process.

1) Local Search enhancements

Gender has been added to the person detail view next to NINO.

2) National Search enhancements

To align our National Search functionality with the DfT release #46 which went live on 4th July, you can now search for a badge by using these four fields:

• Badge number
• Name
• NINO
• Postcode
  
  

The National Search screen has been modified to accommodate the extra fields, and the badge expiry date has also been added in the first column of any search results:

The National badge detail screen has had two updates:

• Application tab, second column shows whether badge marked as "not for reassessment"
• Back arrow link at top left
  
  

3) SearchQuery Held

Something that could be a pain was that if you:

• searched for something,
• clicked on a result
• but then realised it was the wrong person etc.

Your previous search results would be lost and you'd have to do the search again.

This has now been enhanced such that when you go back your earlier search results are held. This is the case on the following screens:

• Local Search
• National Search
• Work items
  
  

4) Enhanced Work Item functions

In this release, there is a new column called 'Created on' column on the Work items screen. This can be sorted to enable you to see the newest/oldest cases quickly and easily. 

As the results are as at the time a search was done, there is a little prompt to tell the user when the results were last refreshed with a call to action to refresh the view.

We have updated the online application tab to include recently updated DfT form questions
