Enhancements

This release contains some great functionality to aid efficiency and optimisation of process.

1) Local Search enhancements

Change Control - 1021

To enhance the badge export function, and therefore enabling better internal reporting, we have added extra data fields to the Badge Export CSV.

These fields are:

• IEG4 Case reference,
• Delivery option
• Age

Therefore the list of fields one now gets for each badge exported are:

• BadgeHolder
• Number
• StartDate
• ExpiryDate
• EligibilityCode
• StatusCode
• ApplicationChannel Code
• BuildingStreet

2) Similar Cases enhancement

Change Control - 1023

In this release we have updated the Similar Case function.  Within the summary tab, the system will automatically find similar cases and expand the tab if cases are found.

To view the similar case, you can click on the highlighted case reference number and it will an open browser tab by default.

3) Previous Badge case information pre-population

Change Control - 1025

To enhance the overall case management workflow processing time, we have added the ability to automatically import historic case data from the previous badge when handling a renewal paper application. 

In this release when you create a case from a historic badge will now be shown all previous badges linked to the customer, with the option to pre-populate contact details from previous Citizen application. Details can be edited after you pre-populate and before you submit to create a new case.

1) Deleting a document confirmation

To decrease the risk of error in deleting documents, the system will now ask for confirmation when one tries to delete a document:

2)�Increased Export Badge Range

Change Control - 1007

The Export Badge function now enables a date range of up to 90 days (inclusive) to be selected.
