eChanges 2.13.0
The primary purpose of this release build is to cater for the integration of this form to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can find details about that here:
https://help.ieg4.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012817418
However, this release also contains some smaller updates that were made in service packs to customers.
These are as follows:
Enhancements
- Added support for the Risk Based Verification provided by Xantura.
- Enhanced eChanges to also support exempt tenancy types where the claimant is in receipt of Universal Credit (UC). Ensuring that if a person is changing address and moving to say supported accommodation, they're able to provide details of their rent etc. even if in receipt of Universal Credit.
- Sometimes when retrieving non-dependants that have children we are not passed a local authority id for the children. We have enhanced our code to handle this so it does not fail integration when retrieving the poor quality data from the back office.
- Ensures that if Landlord Agent details are provided as a part of CIC change of address we ALSO pass these to the back office.
Fixes
- IMPORTANT FIX - There was an issue that meant IP address was being sent in an incorrect position. This meant that the XML created would fail validation when received by the back office. As this would prevent all integration to the back office for eChanges it is very important to now move straight to this version if you have release 2.11.0 to 2.12.3.
- There was an issue with a person being unable to complete their change in circumstances if a person in the household had the status of 'Apprentice'. This has been rectified.
