Moving the Integration Proxy to a New Server

In order to install the integration proxy on another server you will have to:

1. Stop the service
2. Run Uninstall.bat
3. Put the files in new location
4. Run Install.bat
5. Start the service on the new server
6. Check event viewer for error messages
