Hiding the default blank page
Sometimes you want a form that only has a Blank Who Are You page. I.e. you want a single page form that also asks for email address and will send email receipts to the customer.
But you don't want an extra page for any additional questions.
You can have a single page form that does not use the normal blank first page by adding a setting called 'ShowStart'.
To enable this you need to go to Settings and at the bottom (with the form you want to do this on selected) click Create:
Then add the setting name mentioned above and make it true to keep the blank page:
Or false if you want to hide it:
