Direct Debit and Year End - YearEndEarlyAdjustment
The setting YearEndEarlyAdjustment allows a customer to specify a period in days, prior to the commencement of the new financial year which will tell the system to set up Direct Debits based on the new financial year and not the current one.
So if the organisation runs year end processing on March 10th, then setting the YearEndEarlyAdjustment to 21 days will mean any direct debit applications will be set up only in the new financial year.
The setting becomes irrelevant when the new financial year actually starts so does not need to be changed or removed.
