IEG4 is a growing, profitable SME company. We expect this to continue and are looking for new people to join our business as we work with new customers and expand our product range and make further acquisitions.

We are looking for implementation and support people with experience of working in the sectors we operate in (local government and health primarily) who would enjoy working with our customers to implement our products. Additionally we are looking for people in Sales, Marketing and Development.

We are able to offer an attractive salary package including generous pension contributions, and 25 days annual leave. We currently operate hybrid working arrangement with office-based employees only being required in the office on core days of Tuesday and Wednesday.  Other working days can be performed remotely providing you can fulfill your duties.

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic people who can help us deliver improvements in digital transformation services to better serve our customers and the citizens they provide services to.

We will only look to recruit people currently working for our customers where the customer is happy with the arrangement and not in contravention of any contractual commitment. We will not directly approach anyone currently employed by our customers, with an offer of employment.
