Change of Address - V3.6

Within this release of the Change Of Address service we have made the following changes:

 

1) Addition of Refund processing

The Change of Address form is now capable of automating refund requests made as a part of moving out of the council.

 

2) Other Payment Methods

Rather than just supporting Direct Debit, the form now supports the customer paying via any method the council supports.

 

3) Update Civica OpenRevenues / Workflow

We added additional code to enable change of address reports to go into the Civica Workflow application and create the summary of the change as a work item.
