Functional Changes

The following changes have been made in versions 1.3 - 1.6.   Many of these were small bug fixes but this covers all items added:

 

1.3 / 1.4

Bug fix to ensure that Payment Frequencies are not being duplicated.

 

1.5 - Multiple updates

a) If the customer already receives SPD they should not be able to apply - we have added new logic in Civica and Northgate to prevent repeat applications where an SPD is already in place.

b) For Civica OpenRevenues - make the account lookup able to deal with more inconsistent/missing data in the back office. E.g. sometimes the back office holds J MCMAHON and not John McMahon.

c) Fixed an issue where a person moving in's details were being lost if you moved forward and back in the form.

d) Where setting up a Direct Debit as a part of the SPD we now also have the same ability to add the caller details to the information passed to Northgate.

e) Added the ability to search Northgate for forwarding addresses as well as the address being moved to.

f) Added the ability to send a benefit change in circumstances into Northgate where a person has moved out.

 

1.6 - SPD caters for other payment types

In this release we:

a) added the ability for the citizen to choose to pay by any payment method not just Direct Debit as a part of applying for an SPD

b) added the ability to update Civica Workflow in OpenRevenues with the work item specific to the SPD task passed to Civica for automation.
