Release 2.4
The following features have been provided as part of this Open Process release:
- 1Case Types:
Restrictions have been removed on who can edit/add case types (only ieg4 users could do this before).
- Form Reference Display in Track My Requests:
Form reference is now passed to OneVu such that it can be displayed within Track my requests. Please note 2.14-patch.24 version of OneVu is required for this to work.
- Abandon Processes:
Customers can now abandon processes such that they no longer appear within OpenProcess or display within OneVu’s ‘Track My Requests’.
- Completed By Display Name:
We will now check that the step has an allocation before setting the ‘CompletedByDisplayName’ column for ‘EXPORT TO CSV’ functionality.
- Add steps to FormPDF:
This applies only to customers using the API based Revenue Forms. We can now configure an action to output the results of each RevsApi step onto the first page of the form pdf and then save to a file location. Please Note: the latest version of our Portal and Portal Api (2.5.7-beta), and Integration Services (1.20.12) are required for this to work).
A new form pdf i.e: ‘FormPDFWithSteps.pdf’ will now be available on the ‘Documents’ tab (highlighted in screenshot below):
The pdf when opened will display the list of steps as follows:-
- Multiple Success/Failure actions to be triggered
You can now enter more than one success/fail actionid for RevsApi processes, separated by a comma, e.g ‘4563,1675’ such that two or more actions are triggered depending on the result of the process. Please note: the latest version of our Portal and Portal Api (2.5.7-beta), and Integration Services (1.20.12) are required for this to work.
