      Address enhancements

      The address now has the Flat Name in addition to house name and house number.

      Display text of the address and order of the fields are:

      UK

      Ireland

      ·         Flat Name

      ·         House Name

      ·         House Number

      ·         Street

      ·         District

      ·         Town/City

      ·         Postcode

       

      ·         Flat Name

      Address changes applied to Planning Citizen Portal ‘My Account’ and Planning Comments submission.

      New configurations have been created within the Planning Citizen Portal to provide gazetteer integration:

      • ADDRESS_LINK_USE_GAZETTEER
      • ADDRESS_LINK_REFRESH_DATA

      This will enable residents to select their address from the online Gazetteer link using tools such as the Post Code Search rather than typing them manually when submitting planning objections etc, meaning Authority staff do not have to reconcile the address provided, using the internal gazetteer integration, thus saving time.

      Cookies statement

      A new page has been configured within the Citizen Portal to inform the user about the use of cookies etc. See example screenshot below:
