2.8 Release

This release provides the following enhancements and fixes:

Enhancements

• Add support for New State Pension and other new unearned income types in the schema
• Update to better handle exceptionally large change in circumstance files from back office
• Add support for dependants becoming / no longer students
• Add new page for non dependant relationships
• Add reason for change ItemChanged value to ssp/smp/spp changes
• Add shared room type default values if you don't share your property to ensure back office systems show these properly
• Update Change of Address scenario to include ChangeOfRent change type owing to some back office systems not showing a change in rent if it is not explicitly stated as well as change of address.

Fixes

• Fix issues with partner childcare costs not recording values in xml
• Fix issues with display of claimant SMP question
• Pick up DLA with correct value rather than Bereavement Allowance
