      3.8.7 New Facilities on Forwarding Address

       

      From release level 3.8.7 new functionality has been added to capture the forwarding address of any existing occupants as part of a Move Out and to update the contact details in the back office system.

       

      Where the occupant is a Tenant there is also the option to mark an existing occupant as Staying in the property

       

      These changes are currently supported for Northgate (Revenues API version 1.6 patch 6) and Civica (Revenues API version 1.0.41).
