OneVu / CSVu Version 2.19 Release Notes

Version 2.19 introduces enhancements to notification reporting and requires an updated Bulk Upload Tool for users of the Notifications functionality.

Notification changes

We have made significant changes in the way that we deal with notification reporting within OneVu Control.

From within the Notifications area, select the relevant notification file:  

The details view displays the outcome of messages sent to customers:

Rows are now expandable, enabling users to view additional delivery details:

For large notification runs, filters are available to sort the data, you can filter by both the General status and the Delivery status:

 If you are currently using the Notifications functionality, you will need a new version of the Bulk Upload Tool. Please contact IEG4 support to arrange your upgrade and for the updated Bulk Upload Tool.

The ability to search by phone number in both Quick and Advanced search:

Miscallaneous:

  • Fix for an issue that was causing the silo types to be shown to the customer
  • Your area - Issues, not getting issue types
  • Add button to enable/disable contact types
  • Timeline alerts now separated into citizen and process alerts
  • Bing Maps have been replaced by Azure maps
