Planning AI Validator – Ability to use several Drawing classifications model to allow comparison in performance

(Planning AI Validator customers only)

An internal enhancement that allows customers to configure different Drawing Classification implementations, with the option to merge their outputs to benefit from each approach

Planning Citizen Portal ‘Quick Search’ 

A change has been made to the Planning Citizen Portal ‘Quick search’ facility to include the Application Type within the summary search results to ensure consistency with other search methods as previously, the search results via the ‘Quick Search’ were omitting the Application Type (if configured to appear in other searches).

Planning Citizen Portal – Compliance Application Submissions (Ireland Customers Only)

An issue had been identified whereby Applicants were not able to delete a ‘Draft’ version of a Planning Compliance submission. This has now been resolved.

Planning Citizen Portal Compliance Conditions – Formatting applied (Ireland Customers Only)

The formatting of the condition associated with the Compliance Application Submission has been improved to reflect any line breaks etc, when viewing previous cases in the Citizen Portal ‘My Applications’ facility.

Planning Citizen Portal – Consultation responses received via the Consultee Portal now display that the response was received via the Citizen Portal and the associated Web User ID. 

An issue was identified where consultation responses submitted through the Planning Citizen Portal Consultee Portal were not being recorded as web submissions, and the responder’s Citizen Portal account username was not appearing in the Replies screen of the relevant planning application. This has now been resolved.

Planning Citizen Portal – My Observations duplication error (UK)

An issue had been identified where selecting the ‘My Observations’ option caused each previously submitted observation to appear twice. This has now been resolved.

Configuration Considerations:

  • Regarding the Planning Application Type being visible in Citizen Portal searches it must first be enabled via inclusion within the Planning Citizen Portal configuration spreadsheet, so ‘Application Type’ has now been added to this document, should a customer wish to display this information.
