Release Notes - Integrated Local Council Tax Support - Release 1.1.2

Within this release of the Integrated Local Council Tax Support form we have made the following changes:

Update the recovery profile in back office where there is now a joint tenant.
Addition of the Calculate Bill step in Open process to enable customers to see their new balance online and make payments immediately after submitting the LCTS form.
