CouncilTax Discount - non-integrated Version 2.1

A New option has been added to the CouncilTaxDiscount form

If the applicant selects ‘Other’ as the answer to ‘Which Council Tax reduction would you like to apply for’:

They now have the option of ‘Ukraine Discount’ on the Other Discounts page:

The corresponding Evidence page also reflects this change
