HBAA and DWP Time Zone Changes
In line with DWP requirements the HBAA (Housing Benefit Award Accuracy) Schema has been amended to add in information related to the timezone the claim was submitted from and the date/time of the submission. In this version of the IEG4 eClaim form the submission timezone and date/time can be included or excluded in the XML output - this is controlled by a setting
UseSubmissionTimeData
which can be TRUE (include) or FALSE (exclude). Customers should request a change to the setting via a support call.
All versions at 1.0.28 and above include provisions in the form the collect the information and pass to the back office benefits award system.
