      1.1.2 HBAA - Confirmation Email Placeholder Changes

      Additions have been made to the Placeholders available for emails, initially in HBNewClaim and HBAA. This is also being rolled out to other product forms and also within E-Designer.

      Below is a complete list of the placeholders now supported for post submission emails in the new version of the framework .

      [Firstname]

      [Surname]

      [AddressLine1]

      [AddressLine2]

      [Postcode]

      [DateOfBirth]

      [FormUrl]

      [FormTypeName]

      [Reference] (this is IEG4 Form reference)

      [ClaimReference] (this is the Back Office Claim ref and will only work on HBAA, as it will not be present in HBNewClaim)
