How to Publish a Form when Text Changes have been made in DEV
The article gives an example of how to publish text changes made in DEV to other environments.
The example is specific to changes to a revenues form (Direct Debit) but can be applied more widely
- Click on the 'Forms' tab
- Click on the 'Council Tax - Setup a direct debit' link
- In the development section click on 'publish' and give a reason for the publish (leave recommended ticked)
- Click publish
- Once you have done this load up your test form and clearcache, you can do this by loading up:
- Replace launch in the url with 'clearcache' e.g 'https://customername-directdebit-test.egovhub.net/CouncilTaxDirectDebit/clearcache
- Hit enter
- Click 'Clear entire cache' and the click the browser back button twice
- The form is now ready to test
- You will then need to click the publish in the test box and follow the same process
- This is the same process for any form if you make text changes that are specific to the form in the 'Resources' tab
