How do I add locations for customer services?
Reflecting the fact that some councils may take contacts at different locations; particularly in shared services, there is the ability to add locations to customer service settings. This is done in OneVu Manage > Locations.
This is shown below:
At least one location needs to be present and the way it works is that before the first call of the day an officer starts they need to set the location. This location is then remembered for the remainder of the day to save it needing it to be set on every call.
