How do I update the form search in 'Submit a Request'?
It is possible to change the key words used to find a form within OneVu. This is very simple and is done within eGovHub System Management.
I.e. say the example is a customer wants to apply for a single person discount on their council tax but they don't actually know what this discount is called just that they should get a reduction.
So they could type something like:
- I live alone
- My partner moved out
- 25% discount
- Council tax discount
- Council tax reduction
To make these find the form, one needs to go to the forms management area - eGovHub System Management. Navigate to Forms, select the form and then click on the Details link to the left of the form in question.
In this case we want to update the Form Search for Single Person Discount and so one needs to click on the Form Search hyperlink to add new key words. When this screen appears you can start adding 'tags' or search terms:
Clicking 'Add search terms' will allow an additional tag to be added and pressing save will save these to be in use in OneVu immediately.
NB You may need to log out of OneVu if you're currently in there.
