Reporting in OneVu
To ensure councils can actively monitor take up and engagement within the OneVu citizen account,
the Reportal provides a suite of reports to aid an understanding of:
- Number of digital accounts
- Accounts created in the past 7 days and vs the past 7 days
- Average number of new daily accounts
- The % of accounts created out of hours
- The % of accounts where personalisation (a link to a back office application) is in place
- The trend of cumulative total and new accounts over time
- The proportion of accounts set up via:
- Microsoft
- The proportion of accounts set up by age band for understand digital take up by demographic
This is presented in a dashboard view as seen below:
Moreover, a user can click on segments of the bar/pie charts on the right and all data will become contextual to the section of the chart selected. I.e. if a user clicked on the age group of 65+ they would then see the total number of accounts, how they signed up, the % created out of hours/ personalised etc.
Each of the charts can be put ‘into focus’ and go full screen for clearer visualisation:

And when a chart is in focus it is possible to both view the underlying data on screen and export it as a CSV file:

The reporting also extends to map based visualisations with a council able to provide a
visualisation where its accounts are held and report upon these by Council Ward:

The reporting has a focus on whether accounts were created during/out of office hours so as to
understand the business case associated with the accounts being realised through the transformation. Maps can also be put into focus and a user can zoom right down to street level:

Users are able view when accounts were opened by time of day and day of the week as well as being able to filter the results by a date range, day/hour:

As well as being able to drill down into which accounts have been personalised by department and
when these accounts were personalised:

As well as the ability to visualise these types of accounts on a map and view the wards where these exist too:

The user is able to also view the trends for account creation over the past four week period:
