What does the Show Employer Name setting do?
This is a setting because we had to cater for poor data management in back office applications. Essentially, where an employer is held against a person's earnings we will use this to make the form contextual. I.e.
Do you still work at Tesco?
If this is set to false because the back office:
-
Does not have employer set for most cases
-
Has issues because of historic conversions
Then it is best to set it to false. This in turn changes the question to:
Do you still work for your current employer?
