How can I ask for other types of discount on the Discount / Exemption form?

For the Council Tax Discount/Exemption form there is a setting that enables the less common discounts to be applied for in an 'Other' category. To enable this you need to go to System Management > Settings > Council Tax Discount and set the following setting to true:

DisplayOtherDiscountType

Plus the following settings enable additional functions:

EnableEvidenceRequiredForEmptyProperty - if set to true this will ask for proof of the property being empty/uninhabitable etc.

DisplayResidentCarerDiscountType - if set to true both resident carers and care worker scenarios will be available.
