All integration has stopped working - can you help?
If all integration has suddenly stopped working this is likely because the Integration Proxy Service (installed and supported by your IT team) is not running.
You can check if this is the case by:
- Going into the Portal and clicking on a form that has not integrated
- Looking at the Integration section for that record
- Clicking on the failed item to see the error message. The easiest way to see this is to copy and paste it into a text / word document.
- Check if the message contains the endpoint was not found / did not respond within a certain period of time.
The second reason could be that your IT team have made changes to your firewall configuration or the server on which the service is running has been stopped, restarted or reconfigured and the proxy service has not been managed correctly.
Please speak to your IT team about this issue in the first instance and get in touch with us once this has been investigated and the integration proxy service has been restarted.
