How is access to OneVu secured?
All traffic to the OneVu web application is made over an encrypted channel using HTTPS and TLS 1.2.
To access OneVu a customer must login using an email address and password of their choice, or by signing into a social media account.
To access the Customer Service area of OneVu a user must sign-in using a valid email address and password. The users account must have been granted access to the Customer Service area via a system administrator.
To access the administration and setup area of OneVu a user must sign-in using a valid email address and password. The users' account must have been granted access to the administration and setup area via a system administrator. A system administrator can control what parts of the administration and setup area a user can access.
Authentication and authorization is via OpenID Connect and OAuth protocols.
