What data does OneVu hold?
What data does OneVu hold?
OneVu holds the following data about each customer:
Customer contact details
- Name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Contact preferences for OneVu notifications
- Hashed version of the customers password (local accounts only)
Back office data
OneVu can read back office data to provide personalized answers to common FAQ's. For each back-office system or 'data silo' the user connects to a snapshot of the most recent data pulled from the back office for that user is stored within OneVu. The data held varies between each back-office system. The exact list of fields that are retrieved per system can be viewed in the admin area of OneVu by selecting any 'activated silo' and browsing the data items for that silo.
Back office documents
Dependant upon the back office type, documents are copied in bulk from the back office into OneVu via a regular batch process.
In-progress forms
OneVu does not hold any forms data. Information about in-progress forms for the current customer are read and displayed in OneVu from the eDesigner forms platform.
Service requests
OneVu does not hold any service request information. Information about in-progress and completed service requests is read and displayed in OneVu from OpenProcess.
