Complementing the reporting provided for OneVu is reporting for OpenProcess that facilitates users being able to monitor the tasks kicked off by digital processes that they have.
The first report provides a high level view of:
- all processes that have been created and completed
- % of these being completed on time/exceeding SLA
- % of the processes currently outstanding that are on time / exceeding their SLA
The % on Target/Exceeded SLA % on the left are the values for the current in progress processes. The pie chart in the centre illustrates the same but for completed processes.
The Tasks items relate to the individual steps within a process that are outstanding.
Process Analysis
The following illustrates the overarching Process Overview (Analysis) report:
It is possible to filter the data by process and also whether the process has been completed using the controls at the top of the page.
Group Allocations
The Process Groups - Analysis report allows one to see the teams that have been assigned processes to complete.
The groups are based upon the Groups that are set up in the OpenProcess Groups area. The two tables on the right relate to processes (at the top) and tasks (steps in processes - at the bottom).
It is possible on this chart to therefore see which groups have worked on the most items as well as see which groups have processed the most of these on target by process type and by task type.
Again, it is possible to filter the results by process, task types and whether the process are completed or not. I..e if no is clicked it will show the outstanding processes.
User Allocations
The User Analysis report is similar to group except that it reports by specific users:
The chart top left illustrates the users by number of processes that they’ve completed. So at a glance a manager can see which users are doing the most work. There’s also a top 5 which provides the means to have a top 5 processes list and incentive users to get their work done faster to be in the top 5.
The table on the top right illustrates the number of processes/tasks they’ve completed and have outstanding and shows the average SLA across all of these.
The table bottom right illustrates the same data but is sorted by allocated user and shows the process types they’ve had assigned to them. Again with the SLA adjacent to the specific process types by user.
It is possible to filter this chart by user and by whether or not the processes are complete. I.e. a manager can use this to filter for a user’s outstanding processes should they need to.
It is also possible to put these tables into focus. Here we can see the list of all users and the processes they completed. Importantly, it is possible to sort these by any of the table headings. So if one wants to sort by process types or % On Target they can:
