Requesting Enhancements to IEG4 Products
IEG4 are committed to developing our products and services to best address the needs and requirements of our customers. We believe all our customers should be able to express what they would like our systems to do for them and how they should work.
Enhancements can be viewed and requested within the customer support portal: https://help.ieg4.com
Simply click on the product you're interested in and within there you'll find an Enhancement Request area.
For example:
- Create your own enhancement requests (enter the details, then click ‘Create Post’)
- Vote on existing requests, and
- To see which requests are: ‘Under Review’, Planned, In-Progress, or Complete.
Our Product Director, Matt Culpin, reviews all of these posts regularly and from here he will make a decision as to whether it will get implemented or not, taking into account the comments and votes lodged by customers.
