Advice on Searching in Workflows
When performing a workflow search and setting up the filter, there are occasions when you may find that the system returns no results. This could be a genuine search result.
However, there are occasions when this happens if you searched for a certain page and you didn't press the yellow "Reset" button before doing a new search. (This is required to clear the current search configuration).
Please look at the scenario below:
Do any workflow search by leaving the Workflow field blank.
Now go to a i.e. 30th page
You might now need to search for the specific workflow type and stage.
Let’s choose the ‘Freedom Pass Application’ and Stage – ‘Missing Information Result’
When you hit the ‘Search’ button the system will return no results.
This is because when making a change to the search filter it is required to press the ‘Reset’ button beforehand. Once, you have done this, hit the ‘Search’ button and the correct results will be displayed.
