Updating the Rates and Values Settings for eClaim
The Rates and Values File, for EClaim allows users to manage and maintain certain values used in the eClaim form and calculation.
To access the file
In System Management go to Files then select eClaim then click on the file called
You can then make updates to the variable values shown in this file.
The values in the file will be applicable immediately following the update so we would recommend that the values are updated on the day the new ones are to come into effect, as early as possible.
