How to use the Integration and Export functions

Integration

This function shows the integration actions between BBCMS and the DfT.  This screen shows information about a Badge that you have approved and therefore selected for printing.

It is ostensibly used to show the 'Status' of the requests to the DfT

 

There is the ability to check for a specific Badge request by entering the Case Reference in this field:

and pressing the Search button below.

 

The process date when the individual item will be processed will typically be about 15 mins ahead of when the item was added to the queue.

If the system detects a duplicate message for the same customer within the last 90 days it will be added in a 'Paused' state and require manual intervention to  'Un pause' the items.

Export

The system enables users to export data for reporting purposes. The following data can be exported to csv:

This can be achieved by simply selecting your export option, the system will then generate the csv file and prompt when ready to download.
