How to Use Local Search
Local Search
This function is used to search for Cases within BBCMS. The user can search using the following:
- Case reference number
- Last name
The user can also search using the advanced function. Cases can be searched using the following fields:
- First Name
- Last name
- DOB
- Postcode
- NINO
The user can use the wildcard feature using each search field. The wildcard is denoted by %. For example, if the user wants to find all cases with first 3 letters of the last name "bowman" they would enter "bow%" into the last name search box field.
Wildcard also works at the start of the last name, so for example this could be search as %man
Clicking on an individual Customer record will display the Customer record view.
