Email Receipts - Default Page setting

We now have a setting, which can be added on a form by form basis, which enables you to use the 'Start' page as the page which captures the email address that will be used for Save For Later and Submission email receipts. This setting is: TreatStartPageAsWhoAreYouPage

The Start page is the first blank page of a form you've built.

To enable this you need to go to Settings and at the bottom (with the form you want to do this on selected) click Create:

Then add the setting name mentioned above and make it true:

Now, if you add a question where the Field Id is Email the email address will be used to send Save/Submission email receipts.
