How To Make Forms Available and Unavailable in eGov Hub
If you want to make a form unavailable to citizens you can do this in the management area of the system:
- https://customername-management.egovhub.net/Management
- Forms
- Find the form you want to make unavailable and click on the link,
- Click on the form-name again in the following screen
- Click on Archive this form.
To make the form available again
- https://customername-management.egovhub.net/Management
- Forms
- Tick 'View archived forms'
- Click on the Form-name link
- Click on the form-name again in the following screen
- Click on the 'Un-archive this form' link in the 'restricted' section and confirm
- The form will then be live again for customers to apply
