LOCATA Choice Based Lettings
The integration, through an API will allow customers to login to their OneVu account and establish a link with their LOCATA CBL Housing Application.
Once the connection is established through the API, the OneVu customer can to view key pieces of information without the need to login to an additional system (LOCATA CBL).
Though they will still need to login into the LOCATA portal to make changes to their CBL applications.
Using the integrated Locata Silo OneVu customers can:
Link to one primary application - The user can associate their OneVu account with their Primary application
Link to secondary application - a primary applicant can associate their OneVu account with any claim where they are a named (secondary) applicant.
View Application Status - View the current status of their housing application. The Status can be: Live, Pending, or Suspended
View Banding Status and Reason - When the application status is live the Primary can see the band that has been awarded to them and the reason the banding has been awarded to them.
Reasons for banding are from a prescribed list.
View Priority Date - This is the date that the application was given its current banding status in the format DDMMYYYY
View current Bidding Cycle status - This is the current status of the Bidding Cycle which can be either closed or open. When closed the applicant should can see when the cycle opens. When open, the applicant should can see when the cycle closes.
View number of bids remaining - within the current open cycle the applicant can view the number of bids that they have remaining.
View the general Housing FAQs - This is a list of housing Frequently Asked Questions which are not are requirement of the API integration.
To validate a LOCATA account with the OnveVu, the following information must be provided;
- Last name
- Home-Link Reference number
The following Data Items can be displayed within answers to FAQs through the API integration:
- Home-link application status
- Band awarded
- Banding award reason
- Priority date
- Maximum remaining bids
- When Bidding closes (date)
- When Bidding opens (date)
