OneVu 2.15

The following features have been provided as part of this OneVu release where an organisation is licensed to use the functionality.

 

1)  Changes to improve Searches and Addresses:

  •    Align results of search where account does not have email.
  •   Improve address lookup where selecting a collection of addresses when adding a customer 

 

Previously users would be presented with the Postcode search where they would have to select the appropriate address from list of options .  This has now been replaced to with the ability for the user to manually enter the required address:-

 

 

  • Improve advanced search results     

Here, column headings have been added to the results block e.g. Customer , Email, DOB, Address, Phone, Account Type:

 

 

Also the ability to control the number of  search results returned has been added.  Can now retrieve 5, 15 or 30 records at a time.

 

 

  • Address lookup integration to MyArea:   For this functionality, a separate user guidance will be issued

 

 2)     Changes to eNotifications:

    

  •  Improve preference files storage processes
  • Changes to eBilling marker in Northgate
  • Improve preference file extract generation for Northgate
  •  Added Capita extracts
  • Prevent notifications to disabled OneVu accounts

 

3)     MyArea – New product support:

 

Changes have been made to the following:-

  

  • Ability to create directories
  • Groups, filters, address lookups & deletions
  • Nested fields
  • Icon Library
  • Directories Silo

Separate user guidance notes will be issued to cover the changes relating to MyArea..

 

4)     Timeline Improvements  

  •  Notification changes
  • Logging enhancements
  • Logging exceptions
  • Note filtering

 

  • Update to change date format to include ‘year’ for timeline events: -

 

5)     Silo Changes:

 Northgate authentication changes

  • Added deactivation logging
  • Support multiple liable parties, registration
  • Enable cancelled claims search in Capita and document locations 
  • Added Locata silo

 

6)     New CSvu changes:

  •  DOB optional in service view:

It is now possible to create/register a citizen without providing a DOBAnonymous call support in CSVu:

 

The  ‘Anonymous Call’ button becomes visible after selecting: Add a new ‘Call’ or ‘Face to Face Meeting’ :-

 

 

  • Linking forms to citizens in CSvu:

 

Here a ‘Find In Progress / Completed forms’ button allows the call centre user to find search/find any In-Progress or Completed forms done for the citizen to be  linked to the OneVu account:

 

 

7)     Business Accounts, early development :

 

Changes have been made to the following:-

  • Managing business account access.
  • Changes to registration and account summary for Capita business rates.

These items will be fully detailed when functionality is completed.

 

8)     Active Directory:

  •  Added multi authority middleware
  • Active directory login and logout

 

9)     Miscellaneous:

 

  • Extra logging where emails is missing from a person
  • Improved privacy statement functionality
  • Improved for tabbing for accessibility
  • Improve Google analytics support
  • Display process reference of each in progress and complete track my request:

 

o     In-Progress requests:

 

o   Completed requests:

 

  •   Address issues with preference files and email notifications for process updates.
  •  Provide Juvo integration.
