Sign up and My Account – New username features

 It is no longer necessary to create a username, just enter your email and password. 

Your username will be generated automatically when you sign up to the portal.

The 'Username' field now allows you to change your username or leave it as it was generated when you registered.

Once you have saved the user details and the user is Accepted, the “Username” will not be editable.

Cookies statement

There is a new page which provides details about the cookies used in the portals.

Delete document confirmation

When selecting the “x” to delete a document a message is displayed requesting confirmation that you want to delete it. 

Search by External reference

A new field ‘External reference’ has been added to the search searches page. This field uses the solicitor reference or from NLIS the RequestId.

This field can also be configured to display as a column on the search results.

NLIS issues

NLIS searches now display Applicant name to remove the issue caused by duplicate emails

The amount paid is now mapped to both fee paid and fee due

There is a new column on the search results page displaying the NLIS reference
